[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Auto deduction of account balance for activation of caller tune without my consent. | |
Today morning I got a message from Vodafone Idea (VI) that my caller tune has been activated and 33 rupee has been deducted from my account. But how !!! I never opted for a caller tune then who gave them this power of forcefully deducting money from their customer's account by activating useless value added services. I want my money back. And a conformation from Vi that this type of nonsense will never happen again. Was this information helpful? | |
Mar 23, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I had a conversation with one of their customer care representative. He refunded back my money and deactivated the caller tune. Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
