Sir card is not working properly we are not concet others help us

I am not able to send sms from idea cellular network though i m having balance in it...
I requested the customer care executive and made a complaint there, The customer care executive has directed to recharge worth rs 128(minimum) as per the protocol since June 2021. I was not informed about the company's new policy, now i wish to port to another network which initially requires to send sms to get the UPC.
Now, I would have to recharge worth rs 128 for sending just one message as after porting the recharge done by me will be in vain...
Please help me check out that as the new policy was not informed me.

I have done recharge of 48 plan below given no.

recharge has has been done at Saturday 4-9-2021 but still plan are not activated .
i request you to give me solution & activate my plans .

Respected sir, I have purchased an idea sim 5 years ago and had been using it regularly. It has been broken 10 days ago and I thought of getting a new sim on the same number. But as to my surprise, the sim is registered on on another id proof whose i dont even know. How is this even possible. Now how can i get the same number as it is very important to me.

I have recharge my mobile no. [protected] by Rs 49 and again Rs 10 but unable to send message, customer support replied that you can send message only if you recharge by amount more than Rs 129 per month. Question arises how to port from this rubbish bad network and get rid off? For this you will have to recharge minimum 129 for one month then we can port. Please provide help on [protected]

I am Madhukar Anna Kale. My vi number is [protected]. I'm having trouble making outgoing calls I have trouble making outgoing calls to 10 to 15 people. Call after disconnect. This is bothering me a lot. Please fix this problem for me soon. Otherwise I will go porting to another company

Since 2 days I'm facing network issues., no calling and data
I tried everything possible.. switching on and off, restarting my phone, checked my access points

My idea sim has been showing no service for over more than a month now. My paytm & whatsapp are all registered under this number. Kindly resolve the issue.
Ps : i have tried restarting & removing the sim & putting it back again. No it's not working.
