I never expect this type of attitude, or delay in resolving the issue from team idea. Neither i receive a call from you guys nor any reply on mail.
You people just cheating with the client and end of the moment consumers suffer all.
So request you pls resolve the the issue asap

also promise me that he will also convert my plan near by 100/month something then i think ok and i paid the bill after that my sim was lost and didnt use any service from idea. Some time before i have reissue the new sim.
But now again i am getting the bill approx inr-800 some thing and due to this reason my no service is stooped and this is the only which is listed every where in my account and all due to this i am facing the problem.
Pls request you kindly look into this matter and solve the issue
