Idea cellular network is fraudulent and one of the worst networks i have ever seen.

Over the past two-three months, after i had activated their rc198 program, which lets me make unlimited calls, they have been swindling me and taking money from. My balance randomly, possibly to make up for the unlimited calls made, by subscribing me to useless sms programs about poor jokes and cooking and gossip.
They don't tell me and simply add me to. These programs and i'm only told after money has been removed at least twice from my balance.

I've lost in excess of 150 rupees because of idea's malpractice in this manner.

If idea does not reimburse me soon, i shall have to take. Legal action against them.

    Mobile number : [protected] since[protected] services are getting activated on its own and my main balance is getting dedicated. When i contact costumer care to solve issue about money being dedicated from my idea account for service which i never activated customer representative claims i have activated the services. When i asked him to transfer my call to his superior which i am getting charged for calling customer care same again from my main balance of idea every minute he puts me on hold for period of time and disconnected my call with out any information given or any of idea supervisor spoken in which case i called again customer care guy tell's me no supervisor is available please call later.     What is more disturbing from this idea cellular company is it scam ? is it looting money from innocent Citizens of idea by activating services without knowledge of the individual users and claiming to user activated. it has again happen and yet no idea person have approached very disturbing and not acceptable at all.

    Thank you. we have received your request for service Fashion bunny and it is being processed. I have no idea what this service is for and yes idea company has taken my main balance. its fraud scam.
    imagine how many innocent people money idea is taking by activating services. Crore's of scam will wait for few more day's if nobody contact from Idea will lodge Fraud charges' Against idea.

    it is so unfortunate that i have faced this issue from idea. i have been using idea for couple of years. i have never faced this issue before speaking of fact i have not activated WAP either. i did recharge for internet pack 197 for 28days daily 1gb and why would i apply for music mania game mania which i can download from internet why would i knock idea door for it. kindly check your database who applied for this services because i did not applied for any service which i got charged.

    I convert my post paid no to pripaid on 26 nov 2017 and paid my all dues befor convertion but company make a bill for the said pripaid phone how it possible please explane me

    make sure you read all term's and service if there is any hidden charges to transfer your connection from postpaid to prepaid. if you found no hidden charges make sure you make copy of bill paid before converting your connection and the bill which they are charging you for prepaid connection try to communicate with idea idea if no one show's interest to help you out lodge a complain.

      But now again i am getting the bill approx inr-800 some thing and due to this reason my no service is stooped and this is the only which is listed every where in my account and all due to this i am facing the problem.

        flash sms and voicemail from 58595

        I'm receiving flash messages and voicemail from idea (58595). These messages come everyday, 3 times a day. Have called idea call centre many times but no resolution. Even sent them a mail, but the response each time is the same.. To deactivate voicemail. I do not have an active voicemail and this resolution provided is not helping. The spam messages continue to come. Even after replying on mail no new resolution is given. Idea call centre...

        To whomsoever it may concern.

        This is my final intimation and warning asking you to stop sending me any emails, notice, communication of any nature demanding any dues from me for alleged use of mobile number under account no.[protected].
        In my email dated 30-sep-2017 and various communication to your customer service team, i have made it very clear that i have stopped using, any service from idea cellular after my final payment made on 15/07/2017. I don’t even use the mobile number anymore, as mentioned in the demand notice.
        I reiterate that the number has not been in use since my final payment i have not used any service nor i wish to hence you are called upon to immediately withdraw all the notices sent to me and also update your records by deleting my email address or any other details pertaining to me. Kindly note that your emails has been causing tremendous mental agony harassment and pain.
        Kindly consider this as my final intimation /communication / warning to idea cellular. If you fail to withdraw your demand notices / communications and if you do not with immediate effect stop sending any such communication to me, i will be constrained to take any appropriate legal / penal actions seeking damages against idea cellular and any other third party company involved in sending any such frivolous communication to me.

        As a matter of proprietary i am marking copy of this email to my advocate.

        I have tried sending this email to customer care and email mentioned in the so called legal notice. However i am getting failure delivery notification.

        I got a call that idea wants to build a mobile tower in our household property . They asked to subit all the property documents and money of 62K+ which is need to be done to start the process of installing a mobile tower. They said they will give 22 K per month afterwards.

        Some packs have been activated on my phone automatically and the fact is the was in my hand and I have done nothing on it

            Hi,
            I have registered for idea cellular post-paid no-[protected] with a 349 plan. Due to certain issues, i had stop using the number and forgot to pay the bill, for which i had received a legal notice and been asked to repay the dues, which i did on 28/09/2017. Bill details as follows:
            Amt - 1166 rupees
            Trans id - jcmp[protected]
            Since i was receiving call from idea office, lic chowk, ngp; i had communicated them that, i have paid the bill, kindly deactivate the number on permanent basis.
            Person with whom i was contacting - [protected]

            Since sept 2017, this number is temporarily deactivated and all the services were barred.
            Still not sure why m i receiving call from idea for bill payment.
            When the number is not in use for so many months, how can idea generate the bill.

            Kindly deactivate the number from your end, as i m not willing to pay. When i have not used any services for last 03 months, why should i pay.

              Since last 6-7 days i have been recieving a message with "new voicemail - voicemail number unknown". I have tried contancting idea customer care and evertime i have recieved differe things to try.

              Once i was told that it is my handset problem and you should go get it checked. Actually when something is wrong idea customer care blames on the phone (I couldnt send messages once upon a time and i was told it was my handset problem, and i told them how come other sim card work on it), so this time i tried it on different handset and i keep getting same message.

              Then i was told to write unsub to 55667, still problem is going on.

                      On 2nd december, 2017 at 2:29pm i got a call from mobile no.-[protected] which was unknown for me. He said that he was calling from mastercard division mumbai and he shared with me some vital secret information about my boi atm card details and he asked me to give aadhar card details urgently otherwise your card will be deactivated.

                      He informed that for verification purpose you will get one otp and the same otp should be informed immediately to keep my card active. Due to this i shared otp received on my registered mobile no-* and my account has been debited two times of rs 4999/- e. Details are given below,

                      I sent the mail on 2nd december but no proper service from idea money support office, only they are sending the auto mail that they will reply within 48 hours but after 10 days also we have not received any reply from support office. When i contacted their toll free no they asked to give us a complaint no without that they are not attending the complaint
                      Even though they are not giving the complaint no also. We feel that this is just like cheating business started by your company.

                        After my complain here they are sending me the messages of the all the balance cut which is like if i use my internet then after some kb or mb they are sending me the messages. Bloody Rubish Company as i had recharge for the 3 months plan i have to continue till 3 months..

                            I have been a regular customer of idea since 2013, depositing all my bills in time, as i was provided satisfactory services by idea, but all changed from september 2017, i was charged extra for data usage, provided i asked many times your customer executives to change by bill plan to 1 gb per day. They also assured me that my bill plan has been changed so i can used the data as per that. All sr generated are attached herewith.

                            Explaining full scenario, i asked to change my bill plan on 27th september, believing that your customer executive have i used net accordingly but in between october i got the message that my data limit has been over. I again called their customer service for the discrepency. I was again assured that now from next month it will be changed but again mid of november i got the same message. I called their csr and told them about my problem, again assured that my problem will be solved as problem was from their side. But on 27th nov my outgoing calls were disbarred bcoz of no payment for last two months.
                            I called their customer service, 3 to 4 times a day from 27th november, many sr were generated as attached herewith but the problem persists.
                            On 5th finally when their customer executive told me that no sr has been generated against this number, i was appalled and decided to visit idea office here, they advised me to write a mail to idea office and assured me that i should pay my bill for october, that i did as a loyal customer and my november bill, as it was idea customer service mistake will be waived off.

                            Nothing has been done ever since and they are still showing the due bill, not even having the courtesy to inform me or do anything.

                                      I have been facing lot of issues from idea.
                                      To migrate from postpaid to prepaid they took 2 months they never stopped my postpaid connection. Now from last 1.5 month they have not yet registered or linked my new sim card given by them to the number & their idea office closest to me says its not our work as sim card is from prahladnagar branch you will have to go there. Inspite the fact that they dint have idea prepaid sim card they sent me there. I have complained several times gone 10 times to idea store the head of the store says we can't do anything call customer care...
                                      In spite all clearance they are harnessing nobody is ready to take the responsibility & work for what they are paid to be there.
