I was out for 4 days and i regularly called d executive to update my details as my internet was not working.
I told them to send me d new internet settings but they didn't took care.
Also they didn't picked my phone when i called to tell the abut it. Approx. 20 times

Was very inconvenient for me without net to travel instead i had to buy a new jio connection because of idea.

    Hello idea team,
    I am a post paid customer with number [protected] from last 7 years. Today I went to idea store and requested for a nano 4G sim for my new mobile. I have submitted my Id proof at the store and the guy told that with in 3 hrs my new sim will be activated after a verification call. I got a verification call from your employee Balakrishna and he asked for address confirmation. House number in my proof is 4-32-246 and in idea database it was 4-32-346 due to wrong entry at your side. Due to this, verification department rejected my request and I couldn't get my sim activated. I don't have any other alternative sim. This is your problem due to wrong data entry but still customers like me are suffering and this is a bad customer experience. When I called customer service they didn't provide any escalation matrix to escalate this and I found the details from Google and sending this. I need to wait till tomorrow and what abt me if I get any emergency calls. This is very very bad customer experience and hope you will take some action on this. And I am expecting some reply for this. If not I don't want to be with idea and suggest the people not to prefer idea at all if this continues. This is 2nd time I am facing issues like this.

    I have went to a IDEA outlet in Madhapur(Hyderabad) seems this is a third party store (not direct IDEA outlet). He charged Rs.50/- for the sim and that sim was not activated due to the above reason. When I asked that store person and he is not at all feeling responsible and the way he spoke was very rude.
    Today I got another 4G sim from Idea direct outlet at KPHB with free of cost. The people who took the IDEA franchise are deceiving the customers with out any clear information and they are not at all responding properly. It would be better that IDEA team should visit those franchise stores at particular interval of times you would have know how the customer experience is. Due to all these IDEA is loosing customer credibility. Please try to take some action on these type of franchise stores and provide some good experience. IDEA direct outlets are serving better.

      I have a postpaid connection and I am getting calls daily from payment department as to when will you pay the bill though due date is 10 days away. I tried registering complaint on 198 for 2-3 times. They say they can't log a complaint. They will just share our feedback with the payment department. They assure us that it won't happen again, but the very next day someone from payment department calls again twice or thrice for the same thing. This is such a harassing thing and it needs to be resolved ASAP.

Idea has billed me Rs. 400/- for 100 DATA. i have tried to send an email through customer care. but haven't received any reply. my bill date is 18th of August, 2016. Please rectify the bill before my due date so that i can pay the correct bill amount. i have sent emails and reminders to idea regarding my complaint but till date there is no response.

              Thanks for your revert. On 19th August i received a revert from Idea stating that Idea has charged according to my GRPS usage. But they haven't addressed my concern. I took a voice plan and i never called your customer care for Internet. if idea is providing free 100 data than it should stop after usage of 100 MB. i raised few questions to your email dated 19th and to my surprise i got the same template without any change. i felt like i am dealing with a answering machine.

              My credit limit is 1300 current bill nearly rs.700 unbilled amount is rs. 0/-. i am following with idea for the last 2 week to resolve my billing issue and my bill due date was 18th August, 2016. today my outgoing services are barred without any prior intimation or call. i have sent mails to idea customer care and escalated to concerned department. But simply they blocked my outgoing.

              while i got this number the vendor sitting at our premises told me that i will get 700 min and 300 sms free. but to my surprise today i received a call from your customer care that i am entitled to only 600 min and 100 mb data free. i don't want any data. Vodafone customers always get alert messages while using data once we finish 50% and 2nd alert on 90% i haven't received any alert message from idea.

                        I had requested for withine idea portability on 5th aug from mp circle to maharashtra circle. Got sms confirming portabilty acceptance and activation by 10th aug 10 pm. On 10th my old sim deactivated, but without activating my new sim. When contacted idea office, it was of no use and today 16th aug still sim is not activated.

                            I was checked my internet offer today, i got an offer for 148inr for 1gb 4g, & 3g, after 10min min i arrived a shop and i recharged with 148, but i received only 600mb of data, for the complaint i called 198 threw my idea phone, but the man who pic my call he said the offer is not avail now, i said i got an offer thats y i recharged, after he transfered the call to someone i waited for 25 mins after my call was connected, and i explained all thing to him again he simply said 'sir by your mistake (symbolically) you did recharge for 148 but the offer isn't available for u at the movement he distracted my mind, I'm totally irritated and disgusted because of those peoples behaviour, i not a fool to put my money on waste thing, i have a whole record of the entire conversation, i need my data refund thats it i want.

                            I hate idea network. I never get range and it mostly shows no service. I have paid for the internet service and I do not get range . Idea sim makes my cellphone useless. Please fix it . This is frustrating .

                              Please deactivate my all vas services. Several times i send the toll free no. But they r not accepting to deactivate. Everytime message comes i have not done the activactivation properly. I did properly the no. They sent to me. They have deducted rs 75 from my account. Please credit the money back in my account. Without my knowledge they did this. Please stop the wrong practise

                                  From 10/8/2016 we are not getting coverage in idea phone network. Idea has shot down the nearby tower.

                                  Idea has no option in their complaint registration system to register the network issue. Here in our campus at last 100 students has idea network, none of them are getting signal. Please look into the issue.

                                  Dear Sir, I have recharged Idea Rs.348 (2Gb)Internet data pack from Idea cellular in Proddatur, Kadapa AP and received mesaage at 10:38 Am of recharge. At 8:20Pm I received another message of recharge Rs. 96. With this my previous data pack overwrited and data losted.

                                    We have taken CUG connection from Idea Cellulars. On daily basis we are getting calls from Idea Cellular sales team to increase the no. of connection. Since we do not have any further requirements we had been denied them. Off late we are receiving calls from a particular lady who had been pushing hard to sales the new connections. When we asked us not to give any further call she started using slang language.
                                    We had complained to idea peoples but we are getting the calls from the lady and idea employees are not taking any action.
