Yesterday, i have experienced an unexpected behaviour from idea that i got a text message from 51998 and the moment i opened the message the same thread got updated with a balance deducted message too. I am attaching the screenshot of the message thread here.
I have contacted one of your customer care executive, she said that i have dialled *123# and because of that the balance got deducted and is one time also, but i did not have dialled *123# from my mobile and it is not there in my call history too.
I have experienced the deduction once i opened that incoming text message, so i think it should a technical problem, please investigate and let me know.

Idea and airtel have a 20crore customer so 20crore*35= 700 crore/month rupees. Without any difficulty.
It's our choice weather we have to use the sim or not.
We have a bank account linked with this sim.
