[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — balance deducted when I opened an incoming message from 51998

Yesterday, i have experienced an unexpected behaviour from idea that i got a text message from 51998 and the moment i opened the message the same thread got updated with a balance deducted message too. I am attaching the screenshot of the message thread here.
I have contacted one of your customer care executive, she said that i have dialled *123# and because of that the balance got deducted and is one time also, but i did not have dialled *123# from my mobile and it is not there in my call history too.
I have experienced the deduction once i opened that incoming text message, so i think it should a technical problem, please investigate and let me know.

I have tried to STOP the VAS service and i got the reply as "Dear Customer, you are currently not subscribed to any VAS service." Could you please tell me what this means?
I was subscribed to any VAS services or not? or is it stopped automatically? Please tell me, i could not understand what you are saying.

Dear Customer,

As per our recent communication, we've informed that you've been charged accordingly while using Idea Power service. Hence, we request you to send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset. Also, you can dial *121*46# to stop the Idea Power messages. For further assistance, kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-

- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit/ Idea Power option
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate

My account is still getting deducted with 3 rupee. This was again happened yesterday (10-Jan-2019). I don't have any VAS services subscribed from my account.

Why idea and airtel charged 35 rupees per person?
Idea and airtel have a 20crore customer so 20crore*35= 700 crore/month rupees. Without any difficulty.
It's our choice weather we have to use the sim or not.

We have a bank account linked with this sim.
