[Resolved] Idea Cellular — balance deducted without knowing to customer

My balance has been deducted from main balance saying that i have requested for VAS services(yoga guru server) from my mobile. but i have not requested any services for my mobile. money deducted from my mobile number [protected]. on this March month 2019 year
even though it is not registered by me, i have charged and did not return my money with out showing the proof that i requested for it.
Please help me to get my money back.

Updated by sriharshareddya Actually i would like to inform that, we did not requested that service from our end. but you people deducted money saying it has been activated from my end. please refund that money back.
we did not find that number you are saying that i dialed.
