Idea Cellular — Balance deduction due to VAS

Idea has started to deduct balance of many prepaid costumers by rs. 35 by adding value added service "bluelima" without customer's consent. The same hasvhappened with one of my close relative. Just imagine how much amount idea will collect by deducting rs. 35 per customer. My appeal is that idea should stop such cheating/fraud at once and refund the respective amounts to all customers or else i will go to consumer court.
