[Resolved] Idea Cellular — behaviour of staff | |||
Hi, i'm one of customer of your company.. Last month i wanted to transfer my card from postpaid to prepaid at that i was told that i have to clear last bill to do so... So i made the payement at idea store.. And in addition to that i was inform that i need to pay 1 or 2 day bill after 1 month... But yesterday i got call from [protected].. Informing that ineed to pay 500 rs more as my pending bill.. I was shocked as i already cleared my debts last month.. I asked her to give me time to check with the store person she told ok till 24hr (Working hour) your card will not be deactivated. Today i got message from the company that at 4 mycard will be disconnected.. Then again i called her.. And inspite of giving me proper answer she answered very arrogantly... And talked n abusive manner... I can provide you with the no. [protected].. Please i[censored] can teach her some manner that will be better from your company Was this information helpful? | |||
