[Resolved] Idea Cellular — being charged for calling on 055315 which cannot be dialled | |
I am being charged 1020 rupees for calling on 055315 on a single day continuously for 2 hrs. I never made a call to this number and also after checking it i found out that this number cannot be dialled. On searching on the web i found out that idea cellular has previously charged people for calling on same number which eventually even they didn't called. The customer care representative name "chandrakant kamble" is not even ready to hear my point. I now believe that it's a scam which idea is doing just to mint money and probably just to makeup with the loss that jio has made to their profit. Was this information helpful? | |
