[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bill generated 3 times amount - not responding on call

I have a mobile connection with 499 tariffs postpaid plan . no is [protected]. I got a bill of Rs. 2015 and when I tried to call on customer care 198 they disconnected call many times.

Now I got disappointed with IDea strategy. I was using this postpaid for last 2 years but this time they start making money.
