[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bill plan change problem | |||
I requested bill plan change from 499 to 149 around 5 months back. I submitted the application and responded to verification of idea cellular. But idea team has not changed my plan. 2 months back i again contacted them for bill plan change and they assured that bill plan will be changed immediately. Till now bill plan is not changed and they are charging me 499+tax per month. Due to higher bills, i did not pay the bill and idea cellular has barred my number even though its their problem. When i called customer care, even they were unable to do anything and they asked me to email my problem. Ridiculous service from idea. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please help me to receive sms on my number. I am able to send messages but not receiving any. I have just ported in to Idea to see this day. Please reach me to my number and help me resolve the issue as soon as possible because otps are very important these days.
