[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Bluelima service is activated without my knowledge

Bluelima service is activated without my knowledge and an amount of Rs35 is deducted from my balance. Please de-activate this service and refund that amount to my main balance. This has also occurred in the past but no one from the customer care team is bothered about it. Please look into this matter on urgent priority . This is very unfortunate that something like this is happening ever now and then and amount is deducted illegally from the customer.

In my number bluelima service is activated without my permission and two times lost rs35 from my account.
When I call customer service they told me it's happen when open advertisement in Internet.. but this problem is only of idea customers and I need clarification about this. And I need refund my money..
I call customer care twice for take a complaint about this issue. But they not allow to register as a complaint. This cheap trick of idea. Anyway dry bad

Idea has activated bluelima service without my permission and deduced 35 rs and no customer care center is ready to answer my call for last 4 days...what type of service is this...i want my money back as soon as possible...
If this problem is not solved then i am going to port your service to airtel...
