[Resolved] Idea Cellular — call barred in spite of bill paid of previous service

I have switched my network from cartel postpaid to idea prepaid.
I have paid all the outstanding due from previous network and submitted the document to idea care.
Without notifying us my calls are banned, this is very pathetic service i an not expecting from idea
I would have receive call from idea that your number will be banned

We regret for the inconvenience caused. As checked, your services have been barred due to previous operator dues aren't cleared. Hence, we request you to visit to the nearest My Idea Store along with the payment receipt as you've cleared all your dues. Also, requesting you to contact your previous operator for the same and provide us the complete My Idea Store details as you've visited to update your documents and the receipt of the payment done.
