I wanted my bill cycle to be 5th of every month instead of 15th which is as per corporate plan but after repeatedly informing them regarding my limitations when my idea postpaid no. Was activated it emerged out to be 15th of the month. This is pure negligence of team idea towards the requests of their valued customers. Really tired of taking up innumerable issues with team idea and running to idea store for every mistake and negligence of idea.
