[Resolved] Idea Cellular — charge high from current plan

I was convert my prepaid plan to postpaid plan that is 399 rs. After 20 days they send a bill amount of 739 rs. Friday in evening when i was open my idea app at that time my bill show 739 rs on screen, i am shocked to see that amount, after some time i was reach idea outlet and discuss about bill. They said sir you are consume more data after your mobile data limit, but in real i am not consume whole data that is my limit that is 1 gb per day

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We regret for the inconvenience caused. As checked, your bill has been generated on pro-ration basis also you've been charged for the data usage on pro-ration. However, the bill has been generated accordingly as per your plan rental and usage charges. Also, we would like to inform you that the waiver was passed for the same also your dues has been cleared.
