[Resolved] Idea Cellular — charged for calling no 055315, which cannot be dialed from cell phone | |||
I have been charged by idea cellular for outgoing from my no. [[protected]] to 055315. This no can not be dialer and i found similar complaint registered in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 by someone else. I tried to report this to idea with e-mail but they said they can not waive these charges as it is valid as per them. My concern is how can they charge me for dialling such no. Which can not be dialed.. This is completely money lending from customers. My opinion telecom departments must take the action against this types of billings. Was this information helpful? | |||
