Sir, i have mnp my mobile no [protected] in your idea store of dilavada sabar stores. Mr. Husain ali is charged for mnp 100 rs I asked about this in sim envelop on 5 rs. Of. Sim than how to charge 100 rs. I called to your call center and he. Know to me. No any charge for this. I want to talk to call center employee to idea sales person about this. yesterday (20/4/2018) i have done mobile recharge with idea 449 plan magic offer through with one97communications. My amount got deducted from my account, but recharge was not successful. Please check existence and refund my amount back. For reference am attaching screen shot please find it process immediately.. My mobile no is : [protected].
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, there's no such recharge credited in your account. Hence, we request you to wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days. If still the issue persist post 7 working days, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the date of the recharge to till date to assist you further.
