[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — charges for not using data pack

I have earlier using a data card of idea no [protected] and stop using the data card for the last two years and made payment of my dues up to september 2019. While seeing the bill of october you people charging rs.500 as data pack since i am not using the data card i am unable to under who has activated the same. Can you pls provide me my browsing history for the data card after activation of data pack as you said. I want a resolution for the same and tell me the procedure of how to close the numbers
