[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Cheating for customer | |||||
Dear sir, I am idea post paid customer. I sent to port request on 13th dec and submit id proof to airtel showroom. Same day i will inform to idea customer care mail id. But, one internet pack activate automatically on 14th dec 12:04 am. My mnp airtel sim activation process going on now. I sent many mail to idea for 255 amount reversed. I am not using idea internet foo last 4 days. This month bill amount rs.904/- have charged. But i pay rs. 615. I am not Pay rs.255/- plus 14% service tax. Please inform to idea customer care. My Experience IDEA Network & Calling Quality & customer Service will 100% Satisfied. But, Rs.255/- Amount Charged Very Bad Experience. Because I Sent Port Request and submit ID Proof for another network, Next 15 Hours Idea Activate This Offer. Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
