My name is binu iam reacharge net offer frm idea last 2 years almost these months 24 months i make so many complaint last month on December 20th. I recharge idea's 3g unlimited plan rs. 640 for ideas customer care assisstence. they told me thier net speed is up to 3 gb is 21.1mbbs after that speed reduse to 80kpbs but i dont get that spead i make so many complaints but no resolutions atlast. I make a call to thier. Toll free no. 198 on 4.1.2016 evening 8.36 pm to 9.15 pm but their executives are tell about there plans of 2g&3g are different im totaly confused.
