Idea Cellular — combo pack subscription

Sir/madam, I have been subscribed to an unknown VAS pack called COMBO PACK worth ₹150 per month. But I haven't sent any request to them, I haven't clicked any pop up, I haven't even seen their pack ad on my mobile screen yet I got subscribed to the pack. Please do help me in getting my money back.

Updated by RonanVas I have been unsubscribed from the package but I have lost my ₹75 without doing anything wrong. I need my money back.
