[Resolved] Idea Cellular — complaining about being charged for linking my phone number with the aadhaar card.

Today, i went to link my phone number with the adhaar card and i was charged 20 rupees by the shopkeeper. Why was i charged? I want my money back. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
Firstly, we have to go to the store and also they are charging us. This is not fair. I am really disappointed.
