Dear sir on[protected] I asked customer representative for data recharge for remaining data balance addition and validity extension. He told me to recharge 41 for it. Validity extend for 28 days but remaining data didn't add. When I complaint it on customer care they didn't solve it and simply said it was freedom pack and remaining data doesn't add.

Because of wrong information provided by customer representative I have lost more than 8000 mb data. I requested you plz solve this problem.

Hi My number is [protected]. I have never activated any data prorotation pack. I have only opted for 1gb booster pack after my data was consumed . This data prorotation pack of 1650 is showing active which i never opted for . Why and who has activated this plan on my no and why am i being charged on this which i had never opted for.
