[Resolved] Idea Cellular — complaint regarding deactivation of my prepaid idea sim ([protected]) | |||
My name is atul nehra, my number is [protected], i have port this number from vodafone to idea few months back, i am using this number from last 4-5 years. I had some network issues due to which i port it to idea, i m connected with my world through this number, my car has got theft two months back, my phone was in there, i got my phone back now, due to this i did not inserted my idea sim in my phone, last 10 days back i have putted it in my phone now then i found that you guys have deactivated my sim. And i tried everything roaming from one idea store to another. Nobody is listening they are saying go to vodafone store you will get back your number from there. And when i asked vodafone store they are saying they haven't received any formal request or anything from idea, saying you still have time, idea store can reactivate it, the first time when i went to your idea store in ghaziabad on 15th september 2017, but your people have nothing to do with your customer satisfaction as i am facing right away. Today is the 26th day after my deactivation of sim, day of deactivation of my sim is 30th august 2017, your store has wasted my 10 days left me nothing but to email you about this problem i am facing, i still have 5 days left with me, nobody has contacted me on my alternate number [protected]. To inform me that you guys are deactivated my number then why you guys take your customer alternate number if you cannot inform anybody and suddenly you just deactivated. Vodafone has 56 days period to retain back your no. Why don't you also apply it in your company. I have your idea sim, please reactivate my no. Else i have to take legal action against your company services. I am really upset, i buy this number from a retailer which costs me almost 15 k. And i cannot afford to loose this no.in any case, please help me out on this. Kindly reactivate my no. I am looking forward to a revert back from you soon. Thanks & regards Atul nehra Sn. Oct 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I went to idea store make them seen all the riverts from a complaints team, tried everything, requested them, finally got the approval from mumbai team after three days, did my first recharge and took a new sim from idea store. Now my no. Is active. Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
