[Resolved] Idea Cellular — complaints about poor services and customer service casual behaviour

I've moved to idea postpaid on 03/april and since then i've been facing issues with internet and connectivity.
For first 3 days i haven't got any 4g services then i need to contact your customer service to sort this out, they have sorted the 4g issue for me but i was still facing the internet connectivity issue, i. E sometimes it goes to 'h' and sometimes on 4g but somehow i've managed with this and trying to use your services and expecting that this would be sorted very soon as i might be facing these issues because i'm new to idea. But this will not stop here on 06/may the internet has totally stopped working i thought this is because my bill not paid so i've paid the bill but still the services got barred for 24 hours... And if you guys have given the credit limit of 500 it means you shouldn't barred my services till i exceed my credit limit but you had did that and again i need to contact your customer service for this.
Till now i was expecting that this will get fix as it's my first month with idea so i'm facing more issues and after one month everything will get on track but this hasn't stopped here and on 07/may i have started receiving notification like i have few data left in my account. I would like to ask you that how can i use my 40gb data with such problems in a month and this isn't first time i'm using a postpaid connection as before this i was using airtel and every month my data carried forward from 30gb so how can i use yours 40gb data.
For this i again need to contact your customer service and i talked with meena, she has advice me that i have used all of my data and now i will get charge rs20/1gb (I'm sending this email to you from these charges too) so i've asked her to refresh my allowances so that i can use internet services smoothly but she denied and said that there is no such option to refresh allowances, it's okay then i ask her that i wish to terminate my postpaid plan as i'm not happy with your services and explained all this to her the issues i'm facing with idea but she rudely (She was very casual in behavior and i think it's not good way to represent your customer service) ask me that i can't cancel this before 90 days of start date and she has placed a request of temporary disconnection on account which is totally not acceptable so i would like to ask you that from all this scenario, is the customer only face all the issues and company does nothing to sort this and in place of fix this the company is saying that i can cancel my plan and get out of this trouble.
I want a clear answer of this email that what will company do sort this for me and i also want to permanent lose my number as this is my very old number and if this will disconnect i'll raise this issue to cyber crime and court.
Also i'll take some strict actions in this regard and sent the same mail copies to other complaints departments and regulatory compliance bodies who will look into this and help me to sort all this trouble.
