[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deactivation of my ported tata docomo number to idea | |
I had ported my tata docomo postpaid number to idea upon suggestion from tata docomo network people. While porting i had cleared outstanding bill of tata docomo. After then i was in idea network and using it. Later they deactivated by number stating that my bill was pending with previous operator 380around. When enquired they stated the bill is for using tata docomo network for around 1week during porting time from tata docomo to idea. When i realised it and paid the amount with tata docomo people it took around 1 month. Since it was not that easy to pay the bill as it was now in idea network paying through online is not possible, and tata docomo service centers were all closing almost everywhere. Now when i paid the bill and requesting both network people for reactivation of my mobile number they are telling to wait again 90days and they will check with tata docomo people. That also not sure whether i will can get my number back or not. My concern is that when i ported to idea isnt it's responsibility to help regrading this bill payment. And i dint receive any due date information for deactivation. Now i am struggling between tata docomo and idea people to retain my number. Was this information helpful? | |
