[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deduction of balance for some pre embed game | |
Today 30 March 2021, Idea deducted 25Rs from my balance saying charges for choosing pre-imbedded game which I didn't even activate. Time to time, idea keeps deducting balance with some name. Even calling customer care we don't get proper answer, also have written many mails to Idea customer care but no resolution.
