[Resolved] Idea Cellular — disappointed service of the idea store - hudson lane, new delhi
I would like to draw your attention regarding my concern; i am piyush jain using idea prepaid number (9xxxx36068) from last 7 year. Today i visited idea outlet (My idea store, hudson lane-kingsway camp) in hudson lane, new delhi for porting my number from punjab circle to delhi circle and the behaviour of the store person was not proper rather i will say pathetically rude. The person named (Mr varun) was talking so very rudely.
The flow of events :
1. Guy named (Mr deepak) surpassed the token number and gave priority to a female customer, and when i asked why he broke the sequence to which they replied very rudely that today is international women's day and that's why priority, to which i replied that doesn't this women's day applicable to a lady sitting for 20 minutes and over and above i said that priority should be given to senior citizen. The guy named mr varun replied that okay now i'll solve their problem you wait (This tone was extremely extremely rude).
2. Post that when i asked for feedback book, i read that lots and lots of complaints are there regarding the behaviour of the staff. (Kindly check feedback register for this branch). - when i was clicking these pics i was thrashed that i cant click pics, upon which i asked what is the update on these complaints to which branch manager denied to comment.
Sir/madam, i just wanted to ask-
Is this kind of customer service idea supposed to give its customer? This is one of the worst customer services in india that i ever faced. With my heavy heart just because of one store and staff, i have now decided to port my number from idea (Punjab circle) to jio (Delhi circle).
I wish that message should spread to all the customers throughout india and especially the ceo of idea cellular ltd. So that some action might be taken to set the things right in this highly competitive environment.
I am going to take every action on the net & will ensure that the message reaches to the concerned & responsible managers of the company.
I am really disappointed with the behaviour of your store.
Please take some action regarding issue.
