I was told to pat 1480 after i ported my no to jio. Now i get a call from jio telling me i have 100 rs due. I tried making the payment but now the website tells my no is not a valid idea no. I tried paying it through inactive number screen but it says that it's not an inactive number. They tell me my no is active till 10th if i dont pay the bill. They asked me to visit idea stores but there r no idea stores here. All this happened because when i wanted to port my no to prepaid i got no proper response from the customer care and it took me almost a month to finally port my no.
