My name is vipul adhav an every month i have a problem of vas in my bill... I never activate any value added services... I called the costumer care... They said i can take an request to refund once in 6 months... If you guys are not waving off my vas... You are loosing the entire bill... I am very sure on this... Thank you

We've checked, that the request was raised for the adjustment of the subscription done from your end and the same has been closed stating that we'll be unable to provide you the adjustment as you have raised the request post 24hrs. However, we would like to inform you that you haven't been charged for value added services in your current bill. Also, we request you to dial *121*46# or send an SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS and dial 155223 to deactivate the value added services. For further assistance kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.
