This time i am very disappointed with the cunning services of idea with their customers for providing information for fake tariffs.
On 21st july 2017 i had conversation with customer care guy regarding tariffs, at that time i was informed that i will be given an ultimate plan of rs 349 in which i will be given 1 gb of data daily, 100 sms daily and unlimited calls.
I was very grateful for that offer then i requested to switch my number to that plan and deactivate the active plans. Customer care guy agreed and raised a ticket for same. I have recording of that telephonic conversation and can produce if it is required.
A ticket was raised regarding that and it was also closed after some days. I belived it to be done.
But when my bill came this month the amount was quite higher than expected, the 200 rs data plan which i asked to deactivate was not deactivated and it got added up in the bills. Also when i spoke with customer care again regarding it they refused to return the money in spite of me claiming what was told me. They also told that 349 rs plan offers 1 gb data monthly not daily. I was shocked to hear this as initially i was told a different thing.
I am totally confused and irritated with these different sets of responses from customer care. However i paid the bill now and raised ticket also c1-[protected] but it was cancelled.
Kindly take necessary action and refund my money as early as possible. Was this information helpful? |
