[Resolved] Idea Cellular — fraudulent practice by idea sales team | |||
Idea sales team called me with an offer of 4g services with a lucrative bill plan of rs. 299 /month with 26 gb of data with 4g speed along with unlimited free local std and roaming calling. However, their services are still 3g and bill plan activated was of rs.389 /month and data of 20 gb /month which is a fraudulent activity. Upon calling to idea customer care i got to know that i cannot get 4g services for several weeks. Also i have been given time of more than a week to get the issue sorted related to sales team of idea cellular services. Was this information helpful? | |||
