I am using Idea post paid connection. the acknowledgment receipt of payment of bills for June 2018, July 2018 and August 2018 is neither received on e-mail ([protected]@SBI.CO.IN) nor sent on the My Idea App.

Firts of that your toll free number is waist. And another thing is Network coverage is very poor. Why you don't slow this problem. But right now I am in Rajasthan but here is very poor coverage . Please slow this problem as soon as possible.
