Idea Cellular — harassed by play rummy messages

Despite opting for dnd my service provider idea (Aditya birla group) still disturbs me with play rummy messages.
I had a similar problem sometime ago. I would get 3 to 4 messages per day for a couple of months till i discovered that idea was responsible and had to go all the way to the showroom 14 kms away to block it. I am a senior citizen and it is a thorough waste of time.

I am facing issue while porting my number:
UPC cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
