I just don't understand, how much you make fool of people.
I am ravi andani on behalf of my son sahil andani. I can see how you make fool of people. I got to know about this harassment today.
This sim was not working since so long, and he got bill of around 2000 and your customer support people called him back to back and ask him to pay bill... My son told them that sim was not working why we should pay... they irritated him all day. And at last on 22nd october they said okay you pay 1500 and we will settle down this for you.. And they asked that he can pay on any contact no. [protected], [protected].. And they will ajust for this... He paid them 1500 that day and assured him now he will not get any calls or any sort of bill plus on both the nos. sims will be kept off...
And what we can see today is this harassment from your side. You make us pay on [protected] and you are sending the outstanding for [protected]. What kind of behaviour is this.. You make us pay 1500 in the settlement process for both the sims and now this all reminder and notice you are sending.
This kind of behaviour will not be tolerated.
This is such a harassment and i am gonna complaint this about in consumer court if this will not get resolved within 24 hours. Now i am not gonna pay even a penny to you people... You make fool of people... You keep your support team to take money from by harassing people. They call and take money saying everything will be resolved now, but nothing happens like that. today i am going to put on social media plus other sites regarding this, that how you all make customers stupid.
Make sure i should never get any sort of call or notice regarding this and these sims are already deactivated from your part since so long.
I will make sure all people involved in this customer support who call and assure for such things and advocates who send such notices should be highlighted. Was this information helpful? |
