[Resolved] Idea Cellular — harassment by idea employees. | |||||
I have raised thousands of concerns regarding services about idea network when i was using the same. Without any Solution to those issues not being bothered to hear the complaints idea disconnected my connection. I m receiving calls from the telecallers and despite explaining all the issues to them again n again no action has been Taken. Even i have conveyed the same issues over whatsapp to one of idea employee but to no avail. As i have mentioned earlier, i am willing to pay my dues if all my questions are answered by idea and the time and peace Of mind i have lost should be returned. I was getting abusive calls from idea representative then i mailed them about the scenario and calls stopped. Now, i am getting threating calls from someone who use to say that he is from karkadooma court and i am going to be arrested, upon asking the reason he states nothing and provides me a number to talk to. I had discussions with more than 30+ idea executives but no one helped me in this case. Was this information helpful? | |||||
