[Resolved] Idea Cellular — High billing for which no clarity | |||
I think company wants to make good money in a short period by way of claiming high bill from the customer. They do not respond to query at all. They do not even clarify our queries for increase in bill amount. Sent many emails to customer care, not even a single email from them or clarification over phone. My post paid plan is i plan 199 and my bill amount is Rs1158=40 for Jan 17. What is the use of selecting our own plan and paying high to them. Bill says data usage and when I check balance data by using SMS, i got reply sms stated bal 200MB. Who can clarify my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
