[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — High billing for which no clarity

I think company wants to make good money in a short period by way of claiming high bill from the customer. They do not respond to query at all. They do not even clarify our queries for increase in bill amount. Sent many emails to customer care, not even a single email from them or clarification over phone.

My post paid plan is i plan 199 and my bill amount is Rs1158=40 for Jan 17. What is the use of selecting our own plan and paying high to them.
Bill says data usage and when I check balance data by using SMS, i got reply sms stated bal 200MB. Who can clarify my issue.

Sorry to inform Idea cellular that no one has contacted me on 17th January 2017 as my mobile is out of service. Only on toady 18th January 2017 contacted me.

As per Idea Cellular customer care's response, no one has contacted or emailed to my query on 17th January 2017 as my mobile was out of service. Only on 18th January 2017 have contacted over phone and said bill is raised as per usage. Requesting simple calculation as like what was the total data used and how much freebie data adjusted against it for my understanding. Already in the bill, data used is given in vol/Dur. date wise.

On 21.1.17, executive from Idea customer care called me over phone and tried to explain the billing details which is not correct and I told him to send his explanation by email but they have not sent as of today. My postpaid plan took was i-plan 199 for which 7 freebie packs are eligible. Accordingly I have selected initially 2 packs of 3g data i.e.300MB, 3 packs of local calls i.e. 330 min and 2 packs of STD calls i.e. 180min.
Idea have confirmed that I have consumed 418MB during the month cycle of Jan 2017. I have agreed that I have consumed 418MB and I told them submit how they have charged me Rs 811=47 after adjusting my eligible freebie 300MB. For which they said that I have consumed all 418MB data in six days against eligibility is only 18MB i.e. (3MB X 6 days) for six days and 400MB has been charged at the rate of 40p/10KB. How it is possible and they never explained when I took this plan. I was told 300MB for bill cycle.
From my experience, please go in depth about plan details when anybody takes plan from the mobile operator.

From Idea Cellular called me today and said they have clarified by email for my query of how data was calculated when I eligible of 3OOMB as per my plan. I have consumed 418MB and they have charged me for 400MB deducted 18MB as freebie against 300MB as per my plan.

When I checked the email which has no relevant to my query as explained and email is only contained introductory information. Copy of email snapshot attached.
