[Resolved] Idea Cellular — I paid for net pack and didn't receive the net

I paid for 249 rs for 2gb/day unlimited local and std net pack through my idea and bank deducted the sum, app then crashed. I didn't receive net pack. Idea app shows no transaction where as money from my account is gone. I can't believe idea app scams people, if not give me my money back or put the net i have exams on monday and i will fail without the net. So if dont resolve this you and i are in deep trouble. Apr 15, 2018 Updated by Lutfi Finch I paid rs249 for idea net pack 2gb/day unlimited local and std. I had done this yesterday, that failed and you people promised a refund within 7 days. However i am not looking for a refund. I have exams tomorrow and urgently need the internet, i don't want a refund i need the internet now. I can't afford to get another net pack and wait for a refund on this one give me internet, as of now i have paid a lot for something i didn't receive. Please resolve this now. I need help. As per our record, there's no such recharge credited in your account.
