[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea automatic balance deduction | |||
I am idea customer and my mob. No. Is [protected]. I had done a talktime recharge of rs. 40 and 15 on 10th january 2017 on my mobile no. And received balance rs. 40 & 7 total rs. 47. My mob. No. [protected], my 10 rupees have been deducted from main balance account in idea at continues 02 days. I have not subscribed to any service and i haven't use internet servises. When i asked the customer care why they have deducted my money they are giving an excuse that there is a technical problem in their server and moreover the giving several type excuse. I visited idea store they told me that now it's deactivate data service. But after some time again it deduct and deducted balance from my idea prepaid acount. Again talked to customer care they said it uses of internet service. This is not acceptable.
