[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea cellular bill paid still demanding money via emails, calls and sms (billing account number[protected] / [protected])

My name is shyam patil, mob no - [protected], email - [protected]@gmail.com.

I have paid bill for billing account number[protected] / [protected] on alternate number provided by idea associate but still they are me harassing with multiple emails, sms and sms.
I have provided them bill payment receipts multiple times but no positive outcome from your side. Idea people are still sending me intimation emails.
So my request to consumer forum to ask idea to stop sending such emails and stop calling me else i will file harassment case against them.

Also find attached bill payment receipt, latest bill.
