Idea Cellular — Idea Cellular Ltd. security deposit not being refunded by idea

Dear Sir,

Myself Sagar Raheja. I purchased a postpaid sim of Idea & deposited 250 Rs. as a security deposit. I have closed the sim but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. I was told by mail that money will be send back to me by 30.04.2017. But still i have not received that. Today when i visited Idea store, he told me that it will not be refunded to me. I am really very much disappointed with this act of Idea guys & wanna fire a complain. Plz do something. My details are here-
