[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — idea cellular money deducted from sbi bank but recharge not done

I have done recharge through my idea app it gives the payment option as net banking I have selected the option of SBI net banking done the payment still recharge has done, after that 2hrs later u called to customer care executive he said that it is bank you will money back with in 7days why tell me reason
