I lost my sim card on Saturday 22 April 2017, My Idea postpaid no. is [protected]. I went to the idea store at cunningham road, 6PM was the time and got a replacement with assurance that it will get activated within 4 hrs anyhow. With that assurance I came back from Idea office. It has been more than 18 hrs my sim card is not been activated. When i called customer care regarding this issue there response is The request is not yet processed from the store. You need to go to the same store for processing of request.
The customer care representative also denied to take a complaint request for this also the supervisor and manager denied of taking on call.
As it is Sunday and the Idea Store is closed. I can't do any thing because of this issue i am suffering from a great lose.
Is this the Service which Idea is giving to there customer. If this is the service I want to move out of the Idea if my issue is not resolved today Was this information helpful? |
