[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea fool customers/ charge extra money

In maharashtra pune manikabaug idea service center they take 500rs for 84 days recharge but they only recharge 459rs. Then why they take extra 40rs without knowing me. I know this when iam call idea call center no.198 & i am confirmed this 2 times. Why idea robbed who trust they blindly. They fooled their customers.40rs also big amount for me cause we earned this hardwork & they fooled us.
