Idea Cellular — Idea scam

Iam from kerala but now iam staying in coimabatore and i have a roming idea sim card.Now lets come to the problem.i had a recharge of rs50 on 5-3-2016.on the next day, i saw my account with zero balance.then i called idea customer care(tamil nadu) and enquired about my loss.they said they took additional roaming charges by mistake and they told me they will refund my amount (about rs 26) within 24hrs.i waited and waited but it resulted in vain.i called them gain and they told me the same and they betrayed me again.but i didn't quit.i called they again and now they told me to contact kerala idea customer care and they gave me a number.i tried that no. and they told me to wait for another hour because they are having a problem with their system and after an hour i called them again.Now a person attended and he told he cant do anything and he said he will connect the line to his senior.i told him what actually happened to me and he just SOLVED MY PROBLEM BY SAYING "WE CANT REFUND YOUR MONEY ".He was telling that my network was in a bond with other network and that was the cause for my loss because it will take additional amount while roaming and he said he will disconnect the phone if im talking about the same issue..NOW TELL ME .did I had any mistakes ??or THEM??.in this way many poor people's money are being squeezed by idea.i wonder what's the actual difference between them and the robbers !!! Still Iam looking for my refund
