[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea store at mandsaur 458001 not working properly.

The idea store located at mandsaur (Pin: 458001) need a new man. Hemendra dixit at idea store is not doing my job. I have been asking him to convert 2 postpaid numbers to prepaid and he says that his idea website login details needs to be reset. He has been saying that for about 2 months. And i have been visiting him for regularly for the same. He just don't want to do it i guess. He has been refusing some customers and accepting some.
