[Resolved] Idea Cellular — illegally deducted balance twice 100+81 rs | |||
Dears, From my idea number illegally deducted 181rs, notify with sms saying "downloading charge of animation from nazara". But we didn't download any item like that. I communicated with customer care "no benefit". My problem is why idea allowing such third party to deduct money directly without inform by any otp. This is cheating the consumers..
