It was just a call to the customer care for the enquiry of a offer, to which the first executive suggested to have a talk with his senior. The senior executive so called
Mr. Jagjit Nayak was unable to be provide any details of the offer was insisting to put off the call. Again when I asked asked him to register a complaint in favor of him, He persuading this to have no relation with the call and that they have no information about the registering a complaint cut off the call.
