[Resolved] Idea Cellular — incorrect information offers on idea website

Sir,
Yesterday i recharged my idea no. [protected] with 18rs. Through online recharge. The actual offer is that with 18rs of recharge 4g net (Validity 1 hour) mentioned on the care. Ideacellular.com. When i have done 18rs. Recharge (Txn no. Jsm[protected]) on 22 july 2017 at 10.21 pm through idea website and i got 32local mobile minutes. Whenever i called them and asked for clarification on this they are misleading me that the provided by dial ussd code, not mentioned in idea website. Moreover they wasted my time and i lost 35rs. Of my balance. I requesting to refund my money back.
