[Resolved] Idea Cellular — incorrect information sharing

Hello, i was using idea post paid connection in which they were providing 600 minutes in rs. 149 plan but after some time i had sent porting request and they have increased minutes from 600 to 900 in same plan. After some time due to network issue again i had send porting request and port my number in jio successfully. But they send wrong bill to me. I have tried many time to discuss this concern but they were not accepting and due to this concern the services of my number were stopped.

Then again i have to clear all due as per them and my services resume.

Apology for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, the bill has been generated as per usage charges and plan rental also we would like to inform you that your previous bill dues has been carried forward in your current bill. Also the due amount is received and the same has been adjusted on 24/04/18. However if you still face any issue, please get back to us to assist you further.
