[Resolved] Idea Cellular — incorrect information sharing

Hello, i was using idea post paid connection in which they were providing 600 minutes in rs. 149 plan but after some time i had sent porting request and they have increased minutes from 600 to 900 in same plan. After some time due to network issue again i had send porting request and port my number in jio successfully. But they send wrong bill to me. I have tried many time to discuss this concern but they were not accepting and due to this concern the services of my number were stopped.
Then again i have to clear all due as per them and my services resume.
